Kitchen & Primary Bath Remodel in Portland, OR

Close your eyes and envision your dream master bathroom and closet–does it look anything like this? Our homeowners found themselves ready to remodel after their child went to college and left behind an empty bedroom, spurring the ability to build a closet you could live-in complete with a coffee station and refrigerator! They decided the spacious master bath was ready for a complete upgrade as well, including adding a luxurious free-standing soaking tub framed by a picturesque bay window. Carrara marble floor, tile, and countertops were combined in a stunning array of patterns to create a unique, soft, and well-planned master bathroom–a true, timeless beauty to enjoy spending hours in!

Our team also improved the look and function of the original kitchen. Throughout the light-filled space, the new pieces of cabinetry seamlessly integrate with the existing inset panel style. An expanded, gently curved island replaced the dated angular styling and placement of its predecessor to create better flow and doubled the seating options. An unused built-in kitchen desk was reconfigured to serve as a lovely coffee station and serving area. Sparkling new hardware was selected to set-off the crisp, white cabinetry and the island was smartly painted complimentary charcoal to enrich the space.

Throughout the main level, the wood floors were re-stained to invoke a more modern look and feel to the twenty-year-old home. And perhaps our favorite piece of the entire remodel is the jaw-dropping chandelier hanging in the two-story foyer that now greets guests to this stately home.
