Feasibility study
6 – 8 weeks
We work with you to develop preliminary design plans, allowing us to provide a researched & realistic budget projection so you can make an informed decision about the viability of moving forward.
Sign Feasibility Study Agreement
- Measure the existing space to draft ‘as-built’ plans of your house
- Create a first round design of your project
- Meet with our design team to provide feedback on the first iteration of the design for your project
- Revise the design until it is best suited to your needs and desires
- We guarantee you will love the design and that it can be built
- Provide you with a no-obligation Pre-Construction Agreement with an allowance-based estimate and design drawings

Pre-Construction
8 – 12 weeks
Your vision is fine-tuned while you make specific material selections for your projects. Our designers walk you through this exciting phase that gets you one step closer to realizing your dream home.
Sign the Pre-Construction Agreement
- Work together with our designers to select the materials, fixtures, and finishes for your project
- Produce interior detail drawings depicting the materials you’ve selected as they will be installed
- Bring our trades and suppliers through the project to prepare for construction
- Refine the budget based on the selected materials and final construction details
- Produce permit-ready construction plans with engineering
- Acquire building permits

Construction
4 – 9+ months
During construction, we will meet with you regularly to visualize the design as it is being built and keep you informed of the building progress to ensure that your dream home is realized as imagined.
Sign Construction Agreement
- Our team will meet with you to discuss the important measures we take to protect your home and how the project will be managed
- Schedule regular site meetings with you and our team to review the budget, schedule, and details so you always know where things are with your project
- Supervise construction to ensure the flawless fit and finish of every detail and to keep the project on course
- Our project management software provides direct communication with our team and compiles all the project information in one place for easy use

Begin Warranty Period
- A one-year home warranty covering the full scope of the work is extended to clients when construction is completed
- Warranty check-ins are proactively scheduled at six months and one year after your project is finished
- We are always here for you as needed for advice, recommendations, or a future project
